Daily practice

Yoga & meditation

Each day begins on the deck at sunrise. Gentle yoga to wake the body, breathwork to settle the nervous system, meditation to bring the mind home.

Sessions are accessible whether you've practised for years or have never sat on a mat. We move slowly, with attention to the body, in a way that meets you where you are.

Evenings close with a softer practice — restorative yoga, breath, or guided meditation under the sky. By the end of the week, the rhythm becomes its own kind of medicine.

Reconnect with nature

Freediving as a doorway.

The ocean does some of what words cannot. Freediving — the simple act of holding your breath and going below the surface — is one of the most direct ways to come back into your body.

You learn to slow your breath. To soften your nervous system. To trust yourself in a place that asks for presence, not performance.

No experience needed. We guide you in from the shore, at your own pace, in some of the clearest water in the world.

A reset, through the sea.

Turquoise waters and stone stairway on Bonaire's coastline
About Bonaire

Bonaire is a small island in the southern Caribbean, part of the Caribbean Netherlands. Dry, quiet, with constant trade winds and some of the clearest water in the world — the entire coastline is a protected marine park.

It is one of the world's top destinations for diving and snorkeling. The reef begins just metres from the shore and drops into deep blue, full of turtles, rays, parrotfish, and coral that has been protected for decades. You can step off almost any beach and find yourself swimming with marine life within minutes.

There are no high-rise hotels, no traffic, no nightlife in the conventional sense. The island runs at its own pace, and visitors quickly learn to do the same — close to nature, close to the sea, and far enough from your normal life that you can finally hear yourself again.
